We started OMJJ's LLC Staffing Corporation because we saw a problem: too many people in the Golden Triangle were struggling to break into construction and skilled trades — not because they lacked the drive, but because they didn't have the right credentials or connections.
At the same time, employers were frustrated with staffing agencies that sent unqualified workers, padded resumes, and made promises they couldn't keep.
We built something different. We help job seekers get the credentials they need — NCCER, OSHA 10 & 30, Safety Essentials, and more — and then we connect them with employers who are actively hiring. And we never charge the worker a single dollar.
Based at 2209 Bonnie Ave in West Orange, TX, we're local. We know this community, we know these employers, and we're committed to building careers that last.
